Parliament rejects request to revoke immunity of MP Abdel Rahim Ali

The House of Representatives rejected on Sunday a request by the prosecutor general to lift the immunity of lawmaker Abdel Rahim Ali.
Investigation indicated that Ali had no any links to the lawsuit, upon which the immunity-lifting request was made, a parliament committee said.
