The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Friday announced that the meeting of its Executive Council on Syria, scheduled for Sunday, has been postponed. "We will announce the new date and time as soon as possible," said the Hague-based body in a press release. It also re-scheduled the technical briefing on the Syria mission, to have been held on Monday, once a new date has been fixed for the Council meeting. The press release said that the organisation has received an initial disclosure from the Syrian Government of its chemical weapons programme, which is now being examined by the Technical Secretariat of the Organisation
