OIC condemns attacks in Iraq

Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the continued terrorist attacks that aimed places of worship in Kirkuk, Baquba, and worshipers in the cities and residential areas in Baghdad, which resulted in numerous deaths and injuries of innocent civilians. In its statement issued today, the (OIC) General Secretariat condemned these terrorist attacks, and renewed its call for the government, religious and political leaders in Iraq to work together to promote reconciliation between the Iraqi people according to Mecca’s Charter in 2006, which was patronized by (OIC).
