Mohammed reshuffles DIAC Board of Trustees

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai Decree No. 20 for 2012, on forming the Board of Trustees of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The decree names Jan Paulsson as Chairman, while board members include the following: Professor Martin Hunter, Dr. Habib Mohammed Sharif Al Mulla, Dalmook Mohammed Dalmook, Shaikha Haya Rashid bin Khalifa, Dr. Kareem Hafiz, Hussein Ali Al Jazeeri, Majid Obeid bin Bashir Al Muhairi, Dr Fathi bin Mohammed Al Shazli Kemicha, Michael E. Schneider, Makhdoum Khan, Antonio Bara, Charles C. Adams Jr., Abdul Mun’em Salem bin Sweidan, Loretta Malintoppi, Wafi Vedeer, Dr. Tariq Fuad Riyadh, Dr. Dawood Khair Allah, Philip Lober Langer, Fera Farri Hota, Francisco Orego Viconia and Bernard Hanotiau. The decree is effective from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
