Mohammed bin Rashid orders promotion of 321 officers

Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has ordered for the promotion of 321 officers, Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and civilian employees at the General Directorate of Civil Defence in Dubai.
Director General of the Dubai Civil Defence Major General Rashid Thani Al Matroushi expressed the gratitude of all employees to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid for his care and attention towards those who work to protect the lives and properties.
