Cairo - Arab Today

Presidential Assistant for Strategic and National Projects eng. Ibrahim Mahlab said that all documents and atlases found by the Awqaf Ministry are "irrefutable evidence" for its legal rights to remove all encroachments on its lands.

Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar, who is the spokesman of a committee tasked with listing the Awqaf lands, said that the Awqaf Ministry informed the committee of having documents and maps that would help remove all encroachments on its lands.

The minister deemed as an "unprecedented achievement" the documentation of the endowment properties.
