United States Ambassador to Lebanon Elizabeth Richard and Lebanese Brig. Gen. Jean Farah participate in the handover ceremony of a "Cessna" plane in Beirut. The U.S. on Monday delivered to the Lebanese military a "Cessna" warplane equipped with "Hellfire" air-to-ground missiles.
