A Lebanese security source announced that a soldier from the Lebanese army was killed last night in Arsal east of Lebanon, on the border with Syria.
The first sergeant, Khaled Ezzidine, was killed overnight in Arsal, the Lebanese News Agency (NNA) reported on Monday. Two gunmen on a motorbike opened fire on Ezzidine and killed him instantly, NNA said.
