Kuwait condemns Yemeni defence ministry attack

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry condemned Friday a bomb attack that targeted the Yemeni Defense Ministry building Thursday, killing at least 25 people and injuring some 70 others. The ministry deplored the attack as "criminal act" that aimed at undermining the Yemeni government's efforts to achieve stability and peaceful coexistence. It reaffirmed confidence in the Yemeni people to continue focusing on the reconstruction of Yemen. The ministry also called on the international community to exert more efforts in order to stop similar attacks.
