
Kuwait will react to a story published in the New York Times newspapers which raised doubts over charity in the Arab Gulf country, a senior official said, noting that charity organizations were abiding by laws. "Kuwait acts in a transparent manner with regards to charity, which is organized by laws and regulations," Foreign Undersecretary khaled Al-Jarallah said. "There is an accurate follow up of money (of charity) and this operation is not happening randomly," Al-Jarallah told KUNA following a meeting of senior officials, preparing for the 3rd Africa-Arab Summit, due here on November 19-20. Kuwait's diplomatic missions in the US would react to that accusation in the same newspaper, he said
