King Hamad receives secretary general chief

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa today received at Al-Safriya Palace GCC Secretary-General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani who arrived in Bahrain as part of a tour to update GCC leaders on preparations for the 33rd GCC Summit, scheduled to be held in Manama on December 24-25. HM the King hailed the efforts of Dr. Al-Zayani to promote the march of the GCC and boslter joint work towards achieving Gulf nationals’ ambitions and aspirations. HM the King welcomed the forthcoming 33rd GCC summit in Bahrain, wishing leaders success for the good of their peoples. He affirmed Bahrain’s keenness on backing the march of the GCC to meet all desired goals and aspirations, haling landmark strides achieved to-date. HM the King and Dr. Al-Zayani reviewed issues on the agenda of the 33rd GCC Summit. Dr Al-Zayani hailed the role of Bahrain, led by His Majesty King Hamad, to bolster the march of the GCC.
