West Bekaa locals blocked the road linking Kamed Lawz to Jeb Jennine, in protest at the detention of Hiba Dayshoum, wife of Sheikh Ali Hassan, National News Correspondent reported on Monday.
Dayshoum was arrested this afternoon at Beirut airport, upon her arrival from Turkey; her arrest was made as per a warrant issued against her.
Security forces managed to reopen the road.
