Iraqi premier rejects participatory government model

Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said he is working on avoiding the repetition of the participatory government experience in his country, which he saw gave way to the dominance of the political minority over the majority when partnership turned into crippling and lack of achievement.
