
Iraqi Vice President Khudayr Al-Khuzai met here on Wednesday with the Jordanian Prime Minister Abdullah Nsour, who is currently visiting Baghdad. The two sides discussed bilateral relations and a range of issues of common concern, said Al-Khuzai's office in a statement today. The two sides stressed the importance of coordination of positions on a number of issues pertaining to the security and stability of the region, especially security and economic cooperation between the two countries, the statement added. The Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri Al-Maliki met earlier with his Jordanian counterpart Nsour who arrived in Baghdad earlier today for a one day official visit.
