Interior min. to MPs: Security strategy sided with citizens

Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar said the ministry's security strategy sides with the citizens and works on preserving their security and dignity. 

During a meeting Tuesday with a delegation of the House of Representatives, Abdel Ghaffar asserted his ministry's keenness on consolidating ties between the ordinary citizen and all security bodies' sectors.

They reviewed the latest security developments and the ministry's efforts to fight crimes and terrorism in all its forms.

For their part, the MPs expressed their deep appreciation of the Interior Ministry's role in countering terrorism and maintaining peace and stability in the country.
