Indian driver rapes handicapped child

Security authorities sent a handicapped child for medical treatment when his mother accused their driver, an Indian expatriate, of molesting and raping him. The woman told police that she had noticed blood on her son’s clothes, adding that when she checked the child she discovered he had been raped. She added that upon being asked, her son told her that the driver had molested him. Investigations are underway. By Kuwait Times
