
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa left here today following an official visit to the State of Qatar at the invitation of Father Amir, HH Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
During the visit, HRH Premier held talks with the Qatari Amir, HH Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, on ways to bolster bilateral relations, as well as on the mechanisms to increase coordination between the two countries in various fields.
HRH the Premier was seen off at the airport by the Qatari Prime Minister and Interior Minister, Shaikh Abdulla bin Nasser Al-Thani.
HRH the Prime Minister sent a cable of thanks to the Qatari Amir, HH Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.
HRH Premier expressed deepest appreciation to the Qatari Amir and his government for the gracious welcome and hospitality accorded to him throughout the visit, which, he said, reflects the distinguished relations between the two leaders at the personal and official levels, praising Qatar's leadership and people.
HRH Premier expressed confidence that his visit will pave the way for stronger cooperation and wider coordination and consultation between the two brotherly countries at the bilateral, GCC and Arab levels, wishing HH Shaikh Tamim further success in enhancing his country's progress.
HRH the Prime Minister voiced admiration for the rapid development and urban progress witnessed by the State of Qatar under the leadership of HH Shaikh Tamim, wishing brotherly Qatar further progress and prosperity under its leadership.
HRH Premier sent similar cables of thanks to the Father Amir, HH Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the Personal Representative to the Qatari Amir, Shaikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and the Qatari Prime Minister and Interior Minister, Shaikh Abdulla bin Nasser Al-Thani.
HRH the Prime Minister arrived here today following his official visit to the State of Qatar.
