House speakers refers several bills to joint committees

Speaker of the House of Representatives Ali Abdel Aal referred a draft resolution presented by the government on amending some articles of law 394 of 1954 on arms and ammunition to a joint committee of military and legislative affairs and the office of the defense and national security committee.

He also referred another draft resolution presented by the government on the rights of the disabled persons to a joint committee from solidarity, families and persons with special needs committee and the office of the legislative, health, manpower, scientific research and youth and sport committee.

The speaker referred a bill from 76 MPs on the compensations of the contractors to a joint committee of housing and planning and budget committee. 

He said the the bills on organizing the press and media have been already referred to a joint committee on culture and media and the office of the constitutional and legislative and plan and budget committees.
