Hazza bin Zayed hails Flag Day

H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor, Deputy Chairman of the National Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, has lauded the interaction of Emiratis with the initiative of the Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to make Wednesday a Flag Day, during the UAE Flag is hoisted over all the institutions and residences across the country. He added that the move echoes the great day on which the UAE founding father, late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his brothers, the founders of the UAE, raised the UAE Flag to mark the UAE Union. Sheikh Hazza said today's celebrations coincide with the accession anniversary of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the UAE Presidency.
