Hamas security forces detained several members of the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine overnight Tuesday, the leftist group said. Hamas forces raided several homes in Gaza and detained members of the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the PFLP said. The raid took place as fighters and supporters of the PFLP commemorated the 12th anniversary of Abu Ali Mustafa's death in 2001. Mustafa was killed by two rockets fired at his office in Ramallah by Israeli helicopters. Hamas security officials said that the fighters were detained on suspicion of launching rockets at south Israel, without providing further details.
