Governor of East Darfur State announces end of rebellion in the State
Governor of East Darfur State, Anas Omer

Governor of East Darfur State, Anas Omer, has declared the end of rebellion in East Darfur State thanks to regular forces, political will and cooperation of native administration with the concerned authorities.
Speaking to Radio Conference at Omdurman Radio, Omer renewed the State Government's resolve to achieve peace and end tribal disputes in the State calling on the State community to relinquish all forms of regionalism and to work for patching social fabric and peaceful co-existence.
