As Jewish settlers broke into the compound of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the city of Jerusalem and Israeli security forces blocked entrance into the compound, Gazans have flocked into streets to protest recent developments. Hundreds of Gazans gathered Tuesday outside Hamas Movement Legislative Council’s building. Holding Palestinian flags and Al Aqsa’s pictures, Gazans chanted “Arabs, Help Al-Quds”, “Al Aqsa in danger.” Musir Al Misri, a member from Legislative Council, said “To help Al-Quds and to resist Israel, we should start popular uprising in the West Bank.” Adding that Palestinians' uprising will not let Israel’s attempt eradicate Al Aqsa and build Solomon’s statue, Al Misri said Jerusalem cast out Jewish people and will preserve Muslim and Arab identity. Al Misri appealed all Palestinian groups must fulfill their share.
