Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, sent a humanitarian aid convoy to the Yemeni city of Al Mokha as part of its continuous humanitarian support for the country. The convoys included food and sheltering materials.
The ERC also re-equipped the city’s public hospital that had been damaged during the war. A consignment of medicines will be sent to the hospital as the medical staff members are expected to resume work tomorrow.
The beneficiaries thanked the UAE for providing the much-needed humanitarian assistance, which would help lessen people’s suffering.
