Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah received a verbal message from Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of strengthening them in all fields.
Mohammad Shtayyeh, member of the Fatah Central Committee and president of the Palestinian Economic Council for Development and Reconstruction, relayed the message to Kuwait's Deputy Minister of Emiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al Sabah on Wednesday, Kuwait's official news agency KUNA reported.
