The Emir of Kuwait, H.H. Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and his accompanying delegation will head to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Tuesday to participate in the 16th GCC leaders' consultative summit, according to the Kuwait News Agency, KUNA.
