Deputy King His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, today urged violence to stop for Bahrain's hard-won achievements to be preserved. "Violence is rejected by all components of Bahraini society", he said. Receiving the US Council for Foreign Relations Chairman Richard Haas, he hailed brotherly and foreign states for their supportive stances for Bahrain to preserve its security and stability and continue the march of reform and development. The two sides discussed strategic relations bonding Bahrain and the US as well as regional and international developments. Crown Prince's Advisor for political and economic affairs Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al-Khalifa and Court Chief Shaikh Khalifa Duaij Al-Khalifa attended.
