Bouteflika has received letter from emir of Kuwait.

The letter was handed over to President Bouteflika when he received the Emiri Diwan Minister, Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, at the Presidential Palace in Algiers. In statements to KUNA, the Kuwaiti News Agency, Sheikh Nasser said that he has conveyed to the Algerian President the greetings of H.H. the Emir as well as his wishes of everlasting wellbeing for him and progress and welfare for the Algerian people. Sheikh Nasser lauded the strong and special relations between His Highness the Emir and the Algerian President. He highlighted that the two leaders are looking forward to developing bilateral relations in all domains and at all levels. He added that his talks with President Bouteflika also touched upon the latest Arab and international developments of common concern.
