Bakri directs South Kordufan State to let people play bigger role in peace process

The First Vice-President of the Republic and National Prime Minister, Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Salih has directed South Kordufan State to work for giving citizens opportunity to play bigger role in achievement of peace in the State.
The First Vice-President got acquainted during meeting with Wali(governor) of South Kordufan State, Issa Adam Abbakar in the Republican Palace, Wednesday, with overall situations in the State , especially the security situation and progress of implementation of development projects as well as preparation for the agricultural season.
The Wali lauded in press statements support being provided to South Kordufan State , indicating to efforts made by the State government to achieve peace.
Abbakar said the security had prevailed vast areas and that augurs well for agricultural season of his year.
