The Baghdad dialogue conference kicked off here Saturday with the aim to outline post-Daesh scenarios.
The victory over Daesh terrorists was not easy, said deputy speaker of the Iraqi parliament Hamam Hammoudi in an inaugural speech.
Many Iraqi cities have, despite difficult economic and political challenges, been liberated from Daesh, paving the way for a new phase to re-read the situation and think of a new future, Hammoudi added.
The conference will be focusing on Iraq's security, a multi-party political system, reconstruction and regional stability.
