Awqaf ministry calls to sight Ramadan crescent on Monday

Crescent Sighting Committee at Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has called on all Muslims in the State of Qatar to sight the crescent of the blessed month of Ramadan on Monday evening, Shaaban 29, 1434AH, corresponding to July 8, 2013. The committee also called on whoever sees the crescent of the blessed month of Ramadan to report to the Ministry’s headquarters at the “towers area” in Dafna and attest his testimony. The committee will hold a meeting just after Maghrib prayer.
