Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby discussed on Thursday with Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al Malki efforts exerted to achieve peace and end Israeli occupation and hold an international peace conference.
The meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the activities of the Arab Foreign Ministers Council, tackled political developments in the Palestinian territories in the light of the continued Israeli aggression on the Palestinian people.
They also discussed settlement activities which hinder the Middle East peace process and the establishment of a Palestinian state on basis of a two-state solution.
