Ammar al-Hakim meets with Basra governor

The head of the Islamic Supreme Council, Ammar al-Hakim discussed with the governor of Basra, Majed al-Nasraoui conditions of service in Basra and service projects that province lies ahead.Hakim stressed, according to a statement of the Supreme Council, "to give wider powers to the provincial councils and the need the petro-dollar project as entitlement as the province is being oil-producing ."
