H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, has issued an Emiri Decision pertaining to the regulation of Ajman hotel and tourism establishments licensing. The Decision includes 7 items and 40 articles.


Decision No.18 of 2017 was based on the recommendations submitted by the Chairman of Ajman Tourism Development Department regarding the need to shorten and ease procedural requirements for the processing of hotel and tourism facilities in the emirate.


It also comes as a result of recommendations to develop effective means and methods by the Tourism Development Department to supervise and control the hotel and tourism facilities in order to develop its capabilities and improve its performance as well as attracting more tourists to the emirate from around the world.


The Emiri Decision shall be published in the official gazette of the Emirate of Ajman.


The Department shall hold the responsibility of circulating it among all hotel and tourism establishments subject to its provisions and to all other concerned parties in order to act accordingly.
