2nd meeting of Arab experts kicks off in Cairo to probe refugees file

The second meeting of Arab experts and representatives of Arab justice and interior ministries kicked off here Monday to study an agreement to manage the file of refugees.
The meeting follows consultations with the general secretariat of the council of Arab interior ministers to implement a resolution of the council of Arab justice ministers reached in November.
The agreement is meant to counter an influx of refugees among Arab countries.
