11 burnt to death in Egypt's car crash

Eleven people were burnt to death and one was injured in a car crash on the road between Egypt's Assiut and Kharga in the early hours of Friday, state-run MENA news agency reported.The casualties were caused when a private car and a taxi collided and led to a fire.Road accidents in recent years in Egypt have sparked outcry over the government's record on transportation safety as most of road crashes are results of reckless driving, traffic rules violation and poor road conditions.
