Steven Gerrard today faced the media ahead of England's friendly against Norway on Saturday. And when pushed on speculation linking Roberto Martinez to the Liverpool manager's job, the Reds skipper insisted he'd only heard positive feedback about the Wigan boss. "My focus has been on the game for tomorrow," claimed Gerrard. "But everything I've heard about the guy has been good and positive. We'll have to wait and see what the club decide to do. "If he is the manager he's certainly got my full support."
