Blues coach Pat Lam maintains he has the full support of the players and the board despite his side struggling in this year's Super Rugby. The Blues began the season as one of the favourites and despite being stacked full of All Blacks, they only have one win in five matches. However Lam says the franchise is still right behind him. "The most important thing is I've got their backing and I've got the team's backing and we're all in it together so as far as what everyone else talks about , the pressure and what people say, even when we're winning people still have a crack." Meanwhile, lock Anthony Boric is set for an extended stint on the sidelines with a bulging disc in his neck ruling him out for at least another month. Lam said they can not take any risks with him. "We've got very good medical staff, doctors and physios and they gave me a heads up when it first happened that potentially this could be here so it's not a surprise, you're talking neck and you're talking rugby you've got to take a lot of precaution.'' Lam names his side today for Thursday's clash with the Rebels in Melbourne.
