Forlan admits Inter struggles surprise him

The Nerazzurri have been struggling to find their best form this term and have dropped to seventh spot in the Serie A table, following their poor form in recent weeks. "Did I expect these difficulties? This difficult, no. But it is not the first time in my career that I have been in a team going through a spell like this," Forlan was quoted as saying on the club's official website. "I have played for different clubs and there have always been good times and not so good times. The players must know how to get out of situations like these: you have to work patiently and in this group we have the quality to change things." Inter will be looking to return to winning ways on Friday when they travel to Chievo. The Nerazzurri have collected only two points from their last seven Serie A games.
