Casillas: I want to be like Mourinho

The goalkeeper sees his current boss as a role model for a future coaching career and has spoken of his admiration of former stars such as Pele, Maradona and Franz Beckenbauer.Iker Casillas has admitted that he wants to follow in the footsteps of Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho if he ever becomes a coach.The duo reportedly have a troublesome relationship, but the goalkeeper nonetheless sees the former Inter trainer as an ideal role model."Who would I want to look like if I were a coach? I would enjoy a similar role to Mourinho, and I'd like to be like him if I ever become a coach," Casillas stated to EFE.The 30-year-old then went on to voice his admiration for former greats such as Pele, Diego Maradona and Franz Beckenbauer."I would like to meet Pele and Maradona, as well as Beckenbauer," he mused."I would enjoy sitting down with them and listen to their stories and hear about all the things they have experienced and done throughout their careers."Casillas is currently preparing for Saturday's Clasico against Barcelona at Camp Nou. Madrid defend a four-point lead over their rivals at the top of the La Liga table.
