Egypt Today, egypt today Lace gets a new look for the festive season

Caroline Kent - London
Lace was big last December but this season sees a new interpretation on it as navy and nude are layered to flattering effect. Not quite as gothic and intense as its black counterpart, navy is a fresher, more feminine tone that is equally as versatile. It featured in Monique Lhuillier’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, but if you can’t stretch to the designer price tag, try this silk and lace maxi from Laelia or the midi-length nude bodycon dress with navy embellished lace overlay from Lipsy.  Both will make maximum impact at Christmas parties.
