Saudi commander of royal land forces arrives in Pakistan

Prince General Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Commander of the Saudi Royal Land Forces, and the accompanying delegation arrived this evening in Pakistan to attend the military exercise Samsam 4. At Shkalala airbase in the city of Rawalpindi, he was received by senior Pakistani officers, Saudi ambassador to Pakistan Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadeer, Military Attache in Pakistan Commodore Abdullah Al-Ghamdi and other senior embassy staff members. In an arrival statement, he said the purpose of those joint exercises is to upgrade the preparedness of the two armies.
