
President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, has called for establishment of an African justice court which depends in its rulings on evidence and not on fabrications and political considerations.
Addressing the Conference of the Chiefs Justice and Heads of the Supreme Courts in the African Countries, President Al-Bashir has called on the conferees to work for enhancement of the judicial and justice environment in Africa by benefiting from the African customs, traditions and values.
He pointed out that the African justice discovered that the so-called International Criminal Court is just a politicized colonialist tool which is targeting the African leaders and depicting Africa as a continent of human rights violations, violence, refugees and the crimes against humanity.
He said that the African Union has called for collective withdrawal from the so-called International Criminal Court after all Africa has got assured about the reality of this unfair colonialist tool.
