Lebanese speaker due in Tehran

TLebanese Speaker Nabih Berri left here for Tehran heading a delegation of parliament members to attend the Fifth Conference on Support for Palestinian Intifadha, due to be held in Tehran from October 1-2. MP Haj Mohammed Raad, Head of the Loyalty to Resistance Bloc, and Head of Iran-Lebanon Parliamentary Friendship Group, Artur Nazarian, accompany berri in the visit. Distinguished political and cultural figures and parliamentary delegates from Muslim countries along with Palestinian personalities, groups and leaders, representatives of non-governmental organizations and associations supporting rights of Palestinians are to attend the two-day meeting.
