German authorities have arrested a 23-year-old Syrian

German authorities have arrested a 23-year-old Syrian on suspicion of membership in the ISIS group.
Federal prosecutors said in a statement that the young man was arrested early Friday in the western state of Baden Wuerttemberg.
He's accused of joining the ISIS group in 2013 and took part in a military operation, the statement said without giving any further details.
