GCC Secretariat General takes part in Libya contact group

The General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for Gulf Arab states (GCC), represented by its Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs Saad Bin Abdurahman Al-Ammar, takes part in the fourth meeting of the Libya Contact Group to be held on Friday in Istanbul. The meeting will discuss political means of ending the Libyan crisis and supporting the National Transitional Council (NTC). The Contact Group was established during an international conference in London in March to lead international efforts to map out Libya's future. The group held its first meeting in Qatar.
