Foreign minister makes phone calls with French, Swedish counterparts

Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi on Thursday made telephone calls with his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault and discussed ways to cement bilateral ties.
The two ministers also discussed the latest regional developments, mainly the Syrian crisis.
On the other hand, Safadi made a telephone call with his Swedish counterpart Margot Wallstrom and reviewed cooperation relations between the two countries. They also discussed efforts to enhance regional security and stability by pressing ahead on tracks to find political solutions to the Middle East crises, at the foremost of which is the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
