Bouteflika: approved bills reflect an effort to move democracy forward

President Abdelaziz Bouteflika said Sunday that the content of the different bills approved by the Council of Ministers reflects the willingness of the Algerians to further move forward the democratic and pluralistic political system they have established two decades ago.
