Sanaa - Agencies

The Yemeni regime fiercely bombarded Taiz, Arhab, Alhaimah and some squares of Sanaa on Monday. This escalation came hours after the formation of a military committee by Vice President Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi.    The Joint Meeting Parties in Taiz had called the GCC states and ambassadors of the European Union to shoulder their responsibilities and denounces attempts of the regime to break down the initiative.  Local sources in Taiz said that snipers loyal to the regime standing on rooftop, public hospitals and schools were shooting civilians. The new number of casualties takes the death toll to over 30 civilians. For their part, residents of Taiz appealed to Vice President Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi, GCC states and the global community to stop violence against their city, dubbing it as a disaster city.
