Yemeni Army confiscates a Houthis weapons’ shipment

A Yemeni military official declared that, security forces managed to confiscate weapons on their way from Taiz governorate to Aden. Commander of the 1st Brigade in the Yemeni Army, Mounir Al Yafey said that, emergency forces caught weapons shipment in a vehicle filled with Katyusha rockets and anti-aircraft munitions.
He added that, the vehicle was confiscated in “ Khour Omera” area, north of Lahj, and the weapons were on the way to Aden. Al Yafey said it is strange to send these weapons to Aden at the same time Popular Resistance in Taiz is asking to be provided with weapons in its clashes with Saleh&Houthis militias. The vehicle driver will be investigated soon to reveal the source and people responsible for these weapons.
