Four al-Qaeda members in Yemen have been killed following a US air raid early Thursday morning. This is the third air raid in less than a week. The air raid targeted a car carrying the al-Qaeda members in the Hadramout governorate, eastern Yemen. The attacks come as Yemeni President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi prepares to meet Us President Barack Obama during his official US visit. The two leaders are due to hold talks in the White House on Thursday, with discussions related to America's political and security support for Yemen. Washington launched its raids on Yemen, upon coordination with the government, in 2002, ?targeting elements of al-Qaeda who are active in mountainous and desert areas in south and east ?Yemen. The continuity of these raids have been met by political and human rights criticism both in Yemen and ?on an international level.?
